BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL DEFINITIONS
Application - a document that makes up a unified form for ordering hotel services available on the website https://www.panorama3132.com

Operator - a person who accepts payment for accommodation in Panorama Chalet Mountain Residence: private entrepreneur Kuznetsov V.A.
Buyer - a person having the authority in accordance with the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, concludes an agreement and pays under this agreement in order to receive hotel services.
Guest (s) - the person (s) who use (s) or actually used the hotel services.
Hotel service - actions (operations) of the Operator to accommodate the Buyer and guests by providing a room (place) for temporary accommodation in a hotel (chalet), as well as other activities related to accommodation and temporary accommodation.
Booking is a preliminary order by the Buyer of hotel services in a certain amount, in order to use these services within the agreed time frame.
2. PROCEDURE FOR BOOKING HOTEL SERVICES
Ordering (booking) by the Buyer of hotel services on the website https://www.panorama3132.com occurs by filling out and sending an application. The Buyer bears full responsibility for the consequences arising from entries incorrectly submitted by the Buyer in the application. The operator has the right to suspend access to the sites https://www.panorama3132.com to eliminate the threats or incorrect data that have arisen. The order is considered completed after full payment for the reservation and crediting of funds to the current account of the Operator.
After receiving an order for booking hotel services, the Operator sends the Buyer by e-mail an invoice for payment indicating the cost of the booked hotel services.
Registration form. When filling out the registration form, the Buyer is obliged to fill in all the fields. The information entered by the Buyer concerning his last name, first name, address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail must be correct. If the Operator discovers verbal designations in the filled fields of the registration form that obviously do not correspond to the spelling rules of surnames, names, addresses and do not make it possible to identify the Buyer, then such an order will be canceled without warning.
3. PAYMENT
The monetary unit of payment is the Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH).
Payment cards. Types of payment cards that are accepted for payment via the Internet: "VISA" (all types, except for "Electron", "Domestic"), "VISA Electron", "Mastercard", except for "Cirrus" and "Maestro", "Privat Card" ".
In case of payment for hotel services using payment cards through the terminal at the hotel reception or through electronic systems that provide for the transfer of data by the Buyer (name on the card, number, expiration date, CVC code) to the Operator or any third party for transfer to the operator, for any purpose including, but not exclusively, for the purpose of blocking and / or debiting funds from such a payment card, the Buyer undertakes upon settling to confirm that he is the owner of the card with which the payment is made in this way.
In the absence of such confirmation in order to prevent fraudulent transactions, that is, transactions that can be carried out using a payment card without the permission of its owner (including using a lost / stolen / fake payment card) and / or using information about the details payment card without the consent of its owner (including information obtained fraudulently), the Operator has the right to refuse to settle.
4. TERMS OF PROVISION OF SERVICES
1. Payment of the bill confirms the Buyer's familiarization with the booking conditions and is the conclusion by the Buyer of an Agreement with the Operator for ordered and paid hotel services in accordance with the conditions listed below.
2. Payment for the Operator's services is carried out by the Buyer by means of a non-cash transfer of funds to the current account at the time specified in such an invoice. In the event of non-payment, incomplete payment and / or delayed payment of funds by the Buyer within the time specified in this invoice, the order becomes invalid and the reservation is canceled without notice.
3. Funds received from the Buyer on an overdue account are not refundable, but are taken into account in future payments made in accordance with an additionally issued invoice.
4. The moment of payment is the day when funds are credited to the current account of the Operator - private entrepreneur Kuznetsov V.A.
5. Booking by the buyer of hotel services is carried out by full payment of their cost to the current account of the Operator Panorama Chalet Mountain Residence.
6. The parties agree that in case of late cancellation of the booked hotel services (less than 30 days before the day of arrival), failure to appear or interruption by the Buyer of the stay at the hotel, regardless of the reasons - an advance payment of 100% of the cost of paid services for the entire period of stay is not subject return and credited as a penalty for the Buyer's failure to comply with the terms of this agreement.
At the same time, the parties agreed that if the conditions of the payment system, with the help of which the corresponding transaction is carried out, entitle the Operator to withhold a fine from the Buyer in the amount of the cost of one night of stay, then in this case the cost of one night of stay when collecting a fine is 100% the total cost for the entire period of residence of such a Buyer.
7. If the reservation of hotel services is made less than 30 days before the day of arrival, the cancellation of the ordered services by the Buyer is not allowed. The parties agree that as a result of failure to appear, an advance payment of 100% of the cost of paid services for the entire period of residence is not refundable and is credited as a penalty for the Buyer's failure to comply with the terms of this agreement. In such case, this booking will be canceled.
At the same time, the parties agreed that if the conditions of the payment system, with the help of which the corresponding transaction is carried out, entitle the Operator to withhold a fine from the Buyer in the amount of the cost of one night of stay, then in this case the cost of one night of stay when collecting a fine is 100% the total cost for the entire period of residence of such a Buyer.
8. In case of timely cancellation of the booked hotel services (more than 30 days before the day of arrival) by written notification by the Buyer of the cancellation of services, the Operator has the right, if there is a room stock, to postpone the reservation to another period or credit the funds received from the Buyer in payment for it other obligations.
9. In the event that the Buyer interrupts his stay in hotels or other accommodation facilities, the Operator does not pay any compensation to the Buyer.
10. The payment of this invoice indicates that the Buyer agrees with the above conditions.
5. CONFIRMATION
All hotel services ordered using the website https://www.panorama3132.com are confirmed by the Operator. The receipt of the Buyer's funds to the Operator's account at Panorama Chalet Mountain Residence is considered to be a confirmation of payment for services.
6. SETTLEMENTS. DEPOSIT (Pledge)
Registration of temporary accommodation at the hotel is carried out at the reception, filling out a guest questionnaire and issuing a plastic key card. Key-card is the Buyer's pass to the hotel (chalet), and also, subject to the purchase of services for the use of ski lifts of "Bukovel" - a ski pass (a subscription for the use of ski lifts) for a period not exceeding the period of stay at the hotel.
The key-card is transferred to the Buyer and its return is carried out according to the act of acceptance - transfer of the key-card, signed by the Buyer and the hotel representative at the reception.
During check-in at the hotel (chalet), the Buyer leaves a cash deposit (deposit) for the received key-card. The amount of the deposit (collateral) is UAH 200.00. (Two hundred hryvnia 00 kopecks) - for 1 (one) key-card. At the discretion of the Operator (Reception).
If the key-card is returned and there are no claims from the Operator (Reception) about its integrity, the deposit (deposit) is returned to the Buyer in full at the hotel reception on the day of check-out.
In case of destruction, damage, loss or non-return, regardless of the reasons, by the Buyer of the key-card before 12:00 on the day of departure, the funds left as a deposit (security) are not returned to the Buyer and are credited to the Operator of Panorama Chalet Mountain Residence in payment of the damage caused.
The damage caused to the accommodation facility while staying in the chalet is borne by the guest in full.
7. LIABILITY OF THE OPERATOR
The operator is not responsible for force majeure circumstances and temporary inconveniences that arose through the fault of third parties, caused, for example, by a temporary lack of electricity, as well as inconveniences caused by temporary repairs, for example, repair or conservation of equipment. In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of each of the parties, natural disasters, strikes, hostilities, pandemics or other emergencies that make it impossible to provide services in accordance with the agreement, the Operator is not responsible for the obligations assumed. Claims are accepted in writing by Panorama Chalet Mountain Residence Operator.
8. PERSONAL DATA
The Buyer and / or the Guest provide the Operator with consent to carry out, without limitation, any actions to process their personal data for the purpose of: the Buyer's activities in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, fulfillment of the terms of the agreement on the provision of hotel services, the implementation and protection of the rights of the parties under the concluded agreement services, performance of other powers, functions, duties of the Operator, which do not contradict the legislation of Ukraine and the terms of the concluded agreement.
